As a work-from-home mum I see September as a great time to get focused and active with your business. Many of your ideal clients may well be thinking the same thing, meaning they’re looking for assistants and support partners, new opportunities and potential solutions to their work-related and personal problems.
Something you may miss altogether, if you’re focused on slowing down and hibernating.
So, if you’re looking to ramp up your business for the final quarter and end this year on a high, you need to have a plan in place.
Start by getting focused
Clear yourself some space in your diary and get focused on what you want to achieve by the end of this year. How much do you want to earn? What help and assistance can you utilise? Where does your focus need to be and what action steps do you need to take, in order to achieve what you want to achieve?
Plan what you can implement
Look at what you can create and implement, in order to achieve your end of year financial goals. Could you repurpose any existing content? How about bundling things together? Is there anything you can easily create, that could be an additional product for you – such as a webinar or mini video or email course? What’s your plan of action and how can you schedule it in around your schedule?
Go into hustle mode
The best-laid plans will fall by the wayside, unless you get into hustle mode. Now the kids are back at school, you’ll have gained back some time and a quiet house, so notch up the workflow. This isn’t just about adding extra hours to your working day – it’s about working in a more focused and planned way.
By following this simple three-step process you can quickly and easily create additional content and income, enabling you to end this year on a high – rather than fizzling out and winding down to hibernation mode during the winter months.
