You’re successful on the outside… but burnt out on the inside.
You’re done with pushing.
You crave space to exhale, connect, and reset — without the performance.
This isn’t another business event.
It’s your permission slip to unplug.
To pause.
To soften.
To lead from a more human place.
You'll walk away feeling:
Lighter. Softer. Recalibrated.
Like they've finally exhaled after holding their breath for far too long.
Clearer.
Not just about their business — but about themselves. What they want. What they’re no longer available for. What truly matters.
Seen and soothed.
From the unspoken weight of always having to "know the answers" and "hold it all together."
Rewired.
With nervous systems reset, new boundaries seeded, and tangible strategies to lead without the burnout badge of honour.
Connected.
To a circle of women who get it — no small talk, no performance, just honest, nourishing connection.
Quietly powerful.
Rooted in their next season of business with new language, new practices, and the energy to rise — without pushing.
Expect:
Pyjamas, slippers, no pressure
Brunch tables, herbal tea, ambient music
Strategic simplicity (Charlotte) + nervous system support (Holly)
Gentle journaling, cosy convos, blanket forts (yes, really)

ABOUT YOUR HOSTS

Hey, I'm Holly!
I'm an Intuitive Psychology Coach, Award Winning Author and the Founder of The Happy Me Project. I'm also a former TV actress and singer who learnt how to use my ‘weird’ to stand out from the crowd.
After the death of my husband (and my 2 daughters' Dad), Ross, to brain cancer in 2017, I began my mission to help others to embrace their own ‘weird’, build their confidence and feel ‘More Happy and Less Crappy’.
My business The Happy Me Project has hosted events across the UK and is an online membership and podcast. It has also seen me asked to speak and create workshops for big brand names like Aldi, SEND prison, Sainsburys as well as run wellbeing festivals across the UK.
My TED Talk has been watched by over half a million people (mind-blowing!) and I am the go-to ‘no-nonsense guest expert at the BBC, where producers call me their ‘motivator in chief’ (which always makes me laugh!).
My light-hearted approach to self-development has seen me amass a large online following and become a regular contributor to UK publications such as Psychologies Magazine, Closer, Hello, Daily Mail, Metro, The Mirror and chatting on the sofa with Lorraine.
My recent book Find Your Confidence- The No-Nonsense Guide to Self-Belief has been named book of the month by Psychologies Magazine and had Andrea McLean say ‘I love this book... it's like a friend taking you by the hand and showing you what to do!’ whilst Suzanne Shaw shared that it was ‘a book needed in every household’.
