Let's talk about what's actually happening.

 

You're not a beginner. You've built something real. You've got an audience, a reputation, offers that genuinely help people, and years of experience behind you.

And yet.

The revenue is inconsistent. The launches feel heavier than they used to. There are good months and quiet months, and no reliable way to predict which is coming. You're spending more time and energy on your marketing than ever before, and the return doesn't match the effort.

I'm Charlotte Wibberley. Marketing strategist, Revenue Architecture obsessive, and genuinely one of the most opinionated people you'll find on the subject of why smart founders are getting inconsistent results from their marketing.

I've been doing this for 13 years. I've worked with hundreds of founders at the six and seven figure level, across coaching, consultancy, education, services and creative industries. I've seen the same structural problem show up in different packaging more times than I can count.
