One day. Your whole revenue picture. A 90-day plan your team can run.
A small, in-person strategy day for established founders who've built half a brilliant revenue system and are ready to join it up. Stop choosing between launching and evergreen. Leave knowing exactly how to make them compound, built on your own numbers, before you go home.
No more than 20 founders. Early bird £147 + VAT until 20 December.
Start compounding.
You've built a successful business. Why does it still need so much of you?
You've done the hard part. You have proven offers, a signature programme people buy, a list and probably a team. From the outside, it looks great.
But you're still the one making the revenue happen. Every month. Every launch. If you stopped launching, posting, selling or showing up, you know the sales would slow down too. Your team works hard, but they're executing tasks rather than running a plan, because the plan lives in your head.
And you've been told the answer is to choose. Launch harder, or go evergreen. More leads, more content, a bigger audience, a new offer.
This day is for three kinds of founder
The launch-led founder
Your launches work, sometimes brilliantly. But revenue arrives in waves, every launch is a six-week sprint that wipes you out, and it all stops the minute the cart closes.
You're missing the baseline: the evergreen engine that keeps every launch selling.
The evergreen-led founder
Your funnel ticks along nicely, but it's sat at the same level for a year. Everyone tells you to launch, and the version they're selling makes you want to hide.
You're missing the bang: a launch designed around who you are, that pours fresh buyers and momentum into what you've already built.
The founder who is the system
Your clients come through referrals, conversations and you. It works, but only while you're pushing.
You're missing a route to sale that doesn't run through you personally.
You're a fit if you
- Have been in business a few years, with proven offers people already buy
- Turn over roughly £250k to £1m+, or are close and growing
- Have a list, past clients and assets: a webinar, a programme, a masterclass, a launch that worked
- Want to grow without that growth needing proportionately more of you
It isn't the right room if
- You're still testing your first offer. You'll get far more from the day once you've got something proven to build on.
The more successful your business becomes, the more expensive its gaps get
A launch that stops selling when the cart closes has only done half its job. A funnel that hasn't been fed for a year will keep sliding. A list that only hears from you when you're selling isn't a revenue stream; it's an audience you're renting your own attention to.
At your level, each of those gaps is costing you real money every month. And you probably can't see most of them, because you're too close. Everyone is.
Your 90-day Compound Revenue Map
Not a notebook full of ideas. A plan, built on your own numbers, that you take home and hand to your team on Monday morning.
What you're launching, and when
The launches that fit you, timed for the next 90 days.
What runs in evergreen, and what feeds it
So each launch keeps selling after the cart closes.
Where your hidden revenue is
And how you'll collect it: your list, past clients and existing assets.
What not to build
The new offer, the extra funnel or the bigger audience you don't actually need yet.
What your team owns
So the plan stops living in your head.
The benefits that follow
- Revenue you can see months ahead, not weeks
- Launch months that are focused, not consuming, and that make the next launch easier
- Money coming back from your list and past clients without inventing a new offer
- A team that knows what's being promoted, when and why, without asking you
- Visibility that amplifies your sales, rather than propping them up
One strategy day. One process. Just me.
There are no guest speakers and no panels. It's me, all day, taking you through the Launchevity™ process I use with my private clients, so you can see exactly how the pieces of a compounding business fit together.
You'll work through each stage in your beautiful printed workbook, and you'll hear the real stories behind my clients' results: how they felt before, what it was like doing the work, and what changed after.
Why it's small: no more than 20 founders. I'll be working on your actual business, not teaching from a stage. You'll also be in a room of founders at your level, which is half the value.
Bring a team member: it works better when the person who'll run the plan helps build it. That's how the knowledge moves out of your head and into your business.

What happens when the pieces connect
43 sales against a target of 10. A launch that hit 430% of its goal.
A first-ever launch: a goal of 10 sales of a £2,000 programme. It made 25 sales and £50,000.
A 7-figure membership up 400% in a year, once a year-round evergreen route joined its launches and the team stepped back from the day-to-day.
From fixing a funnel she already had.

14 years on both sides of the launch versus evergreen debate
I'm Charlotte Wibberley, Compound Revenue Expert and creator of Launchevity™. For 14 years I've been the person behind the scenes of other people's launches and evergreen funnels, the secret weapon behind some of the biggest names in the UK online business world.
Most experts teach one half. Launch strategists teach launching. Funnel builders teach evergreen. I've built both, often inside the same business, and I've seen what happens when they're joined up.
I've also lived it. I've built and sold a business, and there was a time my own business needed me far too much. I know what it's like to be the system. I also know how to stop being it.

Questions
Is it right for me if I'm just starting out?
Probably not yet. This day is for founders with proven offers, a list, and launches or evergreen that already sell.
Do I need to bring my numbers?
Yes, as many as you can. You'll get a short prep form about two weeks before. The more real your numbers, the more useful your map.
What if I don't like launching?
Then you're exactly who this is for. Part of the day is designing a launch that fits you: quiet, short, email-led if that's what suits.
Are there any guest speakers?
No. The whole day is me, taking you through my own process. No panels, no line-up of experts each pitching something different.
Should I do the Compound Revenue Scorecard first?
Yes, if you can. It's free, takes about five minutes and tells you which profile your business is right now. We'll use it in the first session.
Can I bring someone from my team?
Please do. One of the aims of the day is to get the plan out of your head and into your business. Your team member will need their own ticket.
What's the difference between the two tickets?
Both give you the full day and your 90-day map. VIP adds a private dinner with me and four other founders the evening after, a surprise gift, and a group call after the day to review your progress. There are only five VIP seats.
Can I use my Compound Revenue Audit credit towards a ticket?
No. Your audit credit can be used against one-to-one work with me or a place in Launchevity™, but not against day tickets.
When does the early bird price end?
At midnight on 20 December 2026. After that, day tickets go up to £197 + VAT. The VIP price stays at £297 + VAT while seats last.
What if I can't make it?
Tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer your seat to a colleague. Just let us know their name before the day.
Will there be a pitch?
You'll hear how to keep working with me if you want to, just before lunch. It'll take five minutes, not the afternoon, and everything you build on the day is yours either way.
Stop choosing.
Start compounding.
One day, 20 founders, and a plan your team can run. Leave knowing exactly which half you've been missing and how to join it up.
P.S. The VIP dinner is capped at five, and some of those seats have already gone. If you want the deeper conversation, don't leave it until February.
