You're in.
Thank you for booking your Hidden Revenue Blueprintā„¢. This is the start of finding out exactly what's already sitting inside your business.
A confirmation email is on its way to the inbox you checked out with. If it hasn't landed within the next few minutes, have a quick check of your spam or promotions folder before you get in touch.
I'm genuinely glad you're here.
Booking something like this isn't a small decision. It means you've looked at a business you've already worked hard to build and decided it's worth a proper, honest look from the outside. That's not a common thing to do. Most founders wait far longer than they need to.
You won't be waiting long to hear from me. Here's exactly what happens between now and your Blueprint session.
From here to your final Blueprint.
Check your inbox
Your confirmation email includes your receipt and a link to your discovery questionnaire. This is where the Blueprint really begins, so it's worth setting aside twenty minutes to complete it properly.
Complete your discovery questionnaire
This gives me the full context of your business before we start: your history, your goals, and your honest sense of where the friction currently sits.
Grant system access
You'll be sent a short, secure checklist for the relevant platforms and data. This means your Blueprint is based on what's actually happening in your business, not just what's reported.
I get to work
Your business gets reviewed through the Hidden Revenue Ecosystemā„¢, across all eight areas, mapped and prioritised into your Blueprint.
Your presentation session
We'll get a date in the diary for your live walkthrough, where I take you through everything we've found in plain language, with space for questions.
Most Blueprints run three to four weeks from questionnaire to presentation session, depending on the size and complexity of your business. If your timeline needs to move for any reason, just reply to your confirmation email and let me know.
One more thing.
This isn't a rescue mission and it isn't a report card. Whatever we find, it'll be framed as opportunity, not criticism. You've built something that works. We're just about to find out how much further it can go.
