Meta + ChatGPT Ads · Strategy and management
Stop Magic 8-Balling your paid ads strategy
Boosting a post and crossing your fingers isn't a strategy (we've all done it). We plan, build and manage your ads on Meta and inside ChatGPT, so your business shows up where your buyers scroll and where they ask their questions.
Done for you, with a strategy behind every pound. Meta Ads and ChatGPT Ads management from £849 + VAT a month.
Reply hazy, try again
Sound familiar?
If your ads keep giving you answers like these, we should talk
- Reply hazy, try againYou're not sure which ads are bringing in sales, or whether any of them are.
- Ask again laterResults are up one month and down the next, and nobody can tell you why.
- Outlook not so goodThe budget's gone and all you have to show for it is a pile of clicks.
Ads stop being a guessing game when there's a plan behind them, tracking you can trust and someone watching the numbers every week. That's what we do.
Meanwhile, in ChatGPT
Your next client might be asking ChatGPT who to hire. Are you anywhere on that screen?
People haven't stopped Googling. They've started asking first. Google still handles around eight in ten UK desktop searches, so anyone telling you search is dead is selling something.
What's changed is the bit before the decision. Around 900 million people now use ChatGPT every week, and plenty of them use it to compare options, build a shortlist and ask who's any good. That question used to go to a friend, a Facebook group or page two of Google.
Since June 2026, UK businesses have been able to advertise right underneath the answer. So keep what's working, and add the place your buyers have started asking, while most businesses are still working out what it is.
I run a coaching business and my sales stop whenever I stop launching. Who can help me fix that?
A few things to look for in a specialist:
How ChatGPT ads work
The straight version, minus the excitable nonsense
There's a lot of hype flying around about advertising in ChatGPT. Here's what you're buying, and what you're not.
Your ad sits under the answer
When someone's conversation matches what you sell, a clearly labelled sponsored result can appear beneath ChatGPT's reply, with your name, a short headline, a line of copy and a link.
You target conversations instead of keywords
There are no keyword lists or interest audiences. You give the platform "context hints" describing the kinds of conversations you want to appear in, and its system decides when you're relevant.
Free and Go users see them
Ads show to people on ChatGPT's Free and Go plans. Anyone paying for Plus or above sees none, which matters if your buyer is the type to pay for the upgrade. We'll talk that through before you spend anything.
An ad won't make ChatGPT recommend you
Paying for ads doesn't change what ChatGPT says in its answer. Being named in the answer itself is separate, organic work. Ads buy you the sponsored spot and nothing more, and we'll never tell you otherwise.
Some conversations are off limits. Ads are kept out of mental and personal health conversations, political ads are banned and legal services are restricted. The rules changed several times in 2026, so we check your category and your copy against the current policy before anything goes live.
Why both
Two channels doing two different jobs
Meta Ads
Meta finds them
Facebook and Instagram put you in front of people who fit your buyer but weren't looking today. It's where you grow an audience, fill a launch, build your list and follow up with the ones who clicked and wandered off.
- Audience growth and list building
- Launch, webinar and funnel traffic
- Retargeting people who already know you
ChatGPT Ads
ChatGPT catches them asking
Someone typing out their exact problem in their own words is about as warm as a stranger gets. A sponsored result puts you in front of them at the moment they're weighing up their options.
- High-intent questions about the problem you solve
- Comparison and shortlisting moments
- A new channel most businesses haven't tested yet
Run both and they feed each other.
Someone clicks your ChatGPT ad and lands on your site. From there, Meta can keep you in front of them for the weeks it takes to make a decision.
Funnel people first
Ads are traffic. The funnel is what makes them pay.
Plenty of disappointing ad accounts turn out to have a "where does the click go next?" problem. The ads were fine. The landing page, the follow-up and the offer behind them weren't doing their share.
So before we build a single campaign we look at your offer, your landing page, your follow-up and what a lead is worth to you. Then we build the ads to suit.
- £2.38 → £16,000A paid lead costing £2.38 that became a £16,000 sale, because the lead had a proper customer journey to walk into.
- 473 in 15 daysRegistrations for a simple paid webinar campaign, with an asset that kept selling after the campaign ended.
- 43 salesOn a client launch with a target of 10.
Client results from Charlotte's launch, funnel and paid campaign work. None of these are ChatGPT Ads results, because the platform only opened in the UK in June 2026.

Who's behind this
Hi, I'm Charlotte
I've spent 14 years as the strategist behind other people's launches, funnels and ad campaigns, including multi-figure ad budgets and six-figure launches. I've built and sold a business of my own along the way, so I've seen the good, the bad and the downright ugly when it comes to paid traffic.
Funnel Architects is my done-for-you team. We don't do cookie-cutter campaigns, because your ads have to fit your audience, your offer and your goals. And we care far more about what a click turns into than how cheap it was.
Questions
The things people ask before they book
What ad budget do I need?
Ads are an investment, and it's our job to help you get the most out of what you spend. For Meta, plan for at least £15 to £20 a day, so £450 to £600 a month to start.
ChatGPT has no platform minimum. Clicks tend to cost more than on Meta, with suggested starting bids reported at around $3 to $5 a click during 2026, so we'll recommend a test budget on your call based on what a lead is worth to you. On both channels, we only scale when we're seeing the return.
Will ChatGPT ads get my business recommended in ChatGPT's answers?
No. Your ad appears as a labelled sponsored result beneath the answer. It doesn't change what ChatGPT says, and nobody can buy their way into the answer itself. If being named in the answer is what you're after, that's organic work on how your business shows up across the web, and we'll tell you if that's the better place to start.
Can any business advertise in ChatGPT?
Most can, though there are restrictions. Ads are kept away from mental and personal health conversations, political ads are banned and legal services are restricted. The policies moved several times during 2026, so we check your category against the current rules before you commit to anything.
How much experience do you have with ChatGPT ads?
ChatGPT ads only opened to UK businesses in June 2026, so anyone claiming years of experience is fibbing. We're taking on our first ChatGPT Ads clients now.
What you get from us is 14 years of launch and funnel strategy, hands-on Meta ads management, careful testing on a small budget before we scale anything, and reporting that tells you what we're learning as we go.
How quickly will I see results?
Good ads come from testing different copy, creative and sometimes objectives, and that takes time. We've seen clients get results straight away and we've seen it take a few weeks or months. Having us manage it means the testing and optimising keeps going, so your budget is being spent in the best way we can find.
What will you need from me?
We'd love to say nothing. In practice we need information about your offers, any images and videos you already have, and a bit of time on calls to agree objectives. We keep it to the minimum. We'll also need some patience, because ads are a long-term marketing strategy and never a quick fix.
How will we know it's working?
We monitor and tweak your campaigns every week, and you get a monthly report showing progress, results and what we suggest changing. We also meet on Zoom each month to talk through the numbers and any change in your objectives.
